Håkon Steimler is a member of our property team and works primarily with property development and structuring. He has experience in the development of both large and small projects.

Håkon is involved in several parts of the process, including property transactions, expropriation of land and rights in development projects, planning and building law, property law issues, establishment and operation of housing cooperatives and condominiums, and dispute resolution. He mainly assists companies, but also private individuals.

Håkon is also regularly involved in negotiations and court proceedings, including in appraisal processes, particularly in disputes relating to the development or operation of property. He is efficient, positive, goal-oriented and solution-orientated in his approach to his work.
