Christer Tryti-Almquist

Christer Almquist is an accessible and engaged commercial law advisor, and he primarily advises companies that find themselves in strained situations, for instance in case of restructuring, debt settlement and bankruptcy. He has extensive experience in helping creditors and companies secure creditor interests, such as the collection of monetary claims, security and  personal guarantees, and he is regularly appointed by the District Court as administrator in bankruptcy estates. Christer is also used as an advisor to board members in companies and in matters relating to directors’ liability.

Christer is head of our insolvency and bankruptcy department and leader of the bankruptcy and insolvency practice group in Eurojuris Norway. Christer is also the former president of the Bar Association, Buskerud district.
