Odd's expertise covers all areas related to Norwegian value added tax, including compensation for municipalities and net accounting for the state sector, as well as customs and excise duties. He assists a number of private, municipal and state-owned organisations with advice, book audits, VAT compliance, due diligence, legal processes, etc. He has particular expertise in VAT matters relating to real estate and VAT compensation for municipalities and other public entities and businesses.

In addition, Odd is an experienced and sought-after lecturer and author of articles in the field of VAT. He has also acted as an expert consultant for and received constant requests from publishers for the preparation of commentary editions on the Act on Compensation of Value Added Tax for Municipalities, etc. and the VAT Act.
