Jon Aasgaard is a recognised and leading lawyer in the region in the fields of property development, sectioning, tax handling in property projects and general property advice.

Jon assists commercial and residential developers with the organisation of development projects under property law, from the planning phase through to completion. He also assists with the implementation of necessary application processes with municipalities and the Norwegian Mapping Authority in relation to the Land Registration Act, the Owner Section Act and the Land Registration Act.

Jon has a broad network of contacts within public administration and a good dialogue with municipalities and the Norwegian Mapping Authority. He has also assisted municipalities with the training of case officers, the preparation of municipal case processing routines and legal counselling within the area of the Ownership Section Act.
