Jon Aasgaard

For many years, Jon Aasgaard has been a highly skilled and leading lawyer in our region in the areas of real estate development, conversion of properties into individual units, tax management in real estate projects and general advice in connection with real estate.

Jon regularly advises commercial and residential real estate developers in projects in connection with property rights organization of development projects. He is engaged early in the planning phase with real estate organization in bigger development projects, and he assists builders throughout the construction process until completion with legal advice with a view to optimizing real estate legal solutions. His assistance also includes the implementation of necessary application processes with municipalities and the Norwegian Mapping Authority.

Through his work both within public administration and in his legal practice, Jon has developed a comprehensive network of contacts within public administration. He has a good dialogue with municipalities and the Norwegian Mapping Authority, and he is a well-regarded lawyer in his fields of expertise.
