We welcome Nina as our new Trainee Lawyer!
Nina was a Vacation Scheme Trainee with us in August last year while she was a student at the University of Tromsø, and we quickly found the tone. She herself explains that the choice fell on Svensson Nøkleby precisely because she was so well received when she was a trainee.
Nina explains:
Svensson Nøkleby offered many exciting work tasks, but the crucial thing was that the work environment is incredibly good. The people here welcomed me already when I was a trainee, and it was easy to be myself. At the same time, there are many skilled employees here, with whom it is exciting and educational to work with.
Nina can tell that she has always been concerned with justice and right and wrong. Therefore, it was clear already from the age of 10 that she would study law. She believes that the lawyers of the future must to a large extent be adaptable: The more technology and artificial intelligence take over, the more important it becomes to be able to offer good service in the advice we provide. Furthermore, I see that plain language comes more on the field, so the ability to communicate easily will probably be important in the future. Finally, I think it is important to be solution-oriented, in the sense that we are constantly seeking to resolve conflicts.
And adaptable, Nina has already proven that she is, because everyone who starts a new job in the middle of a pandemic and a period of closure must endure doing things in new and alternative ways.
Nina will initially be part of the team that works with family, inheritance and probate. Read more about Nina here: Nina Stenbro Kvinnegard
