In the year 2022, working life has faced a number of legislative changes. Following the Fougner committee's investigation and the Hurdal platform, the legislature has stepped in to secure the employees' rights in a changing working life. A number of announced legislative changes have been adopted in the fourth quarter, and further changes have been announced which again follow up on the investigation from the Fougner committee.
