Restructuring and Insolvency
When a company is no longer able to manage its debt burden and fulfil its financial obligations, the company is insolvent. In such cases, the company must be wound up in an orderly manner. Our lawyers in the restructuring and insolvency team can assist with winding-up petitions. We are also regularly appointed by the court as trustees in bankruptcy estates, and have handled several large and complex estates. Our lawyers are also used by the court as reorganisers under the Temporary Act on Reconstruction.
Our services include:

- Assessment of collateral and other mortgage law issues
- Extrajudicial and judicial reorganisation and debt negotiations
- Assistance related to board responsibilities
- Securing creditor interests
- Collection and securing of claims
- Advice to companies and the board of directors before and after bankruptcy
- Assistance with bankruptcy proceedings
