Fredrik Gule

SENIOR LAWYER
Fredrik Gule has special expertise in tax and duty with many years of experience as a case manager and adviser from both the public and private sectors. In Svensson Nøkleby, Fredrik works broadly with tax law issues, including reorganisations, equity transactions, generational changes and complaints against the tax authorities, etc.

Fredrik has extensive experience as a lawyer in the Swedish Tax Agency, where he has worked with Tax ABC, value added tax for real estate and the compensation scheme for businesses. He also has extensive experience as a lawyer from the private sector, with a particular emphasis on tax legal advice within corporate taxation and in relation to the owners, also appeals and equity transactions.

In addition, Fredrik has for many years been an examiner and supervisor in tax and company law topics for master's students at the University of Oslo.
