Jonas Melander is a key member of our business team, and he is specialised in transactions, corporate law, and contract law.
Jonas has extensive experience with commercial lease agreements, shareholder agreements, and share transfers, as well as corporate and capital changes. He frequently advises clients on the transfer of commercial properties and businesses and has substantial experience navigating directors' liability issues under the Companies Act.

Jonas is dedicated to finding effective solutions and works diligently to achieve this. He is a skilled relationship builder who is motivated by working with people and often takes advantage of networking opportunities outside the office. He is responsible for our trainee program and has been elected as a board member of Jurismus International.
