Christoffer Strøm is affiliated with our teams working on corporate law and transactions, and he handles all matters related to the execution of real estate transactions or the sale of companies.
Christoffer also participates in contract negotiations and issues related to contract law.

In 2023, Christoffer wrote his master's thesis on letters of intent as a tool for contract formation. Throughout his studies, he worked full-time as an assistant team leader in the Bama Group, where he gained knowledge and experience with the practical issues that can arise in a business.
