With extensive experience in restructuring, debt settlement, bankruptcy proceedings, and safeguarding creditor interests, Christer is a trusted expert in navigating complex financial challenges. His expertise includes debt collection, securing pledges, and managing guarantees. He is also regularly appointed by the district court as a trustee for bankruptcy estates, a testament to his proficiency in the field.
 

In addition to his insolvency work, Christer provides strategic advice to board members, particularly in matters of board liability. He also specializes in guiding clients through generational transitions, including the distribution of inheritance and wealth, with a particular focus on family-owned businesses.
 

Christer is the head of our restructuring and insolvency department, and he leads the insolvency and bankruptcy expert group in Eurojuris Norway.
