Trainee Program

Are you a law student and curious about the daily life of an associate?

At Svensson Nøkleby, we offer law students the opportunity to get to know us better through a trainee program. The program will give you a taste of the responbilities and matters that are a natural part of our daily work, and you will get an impression of what it is like to work as an associate in our company.

As a trainee, we offer you the following:

Varied and interesting tasks, such as drafting letters to clients and counterparties, preparing procedural documents, and delving into legal issues
Participation in exciting assignments
Involvement in the preparation of at least one court case and attendance at court
Attendance at professional group meetings
Participation in client meetings
Close follow-up and feedback from a mentor
Involvement in the firm's social events

Our trainee program lasts for four weeks. At the end of the program, we conduct an evaluation meeting with you to summarize your experiences, insights, and the knowledge you will take with you into your studies.

We prefer that you have completed your third year of study before starting the trainee program. We emphasize local connections, personal qualities, engagement beyond studies, positions of trust, and any work experience.
